Payments can be made via bacs or with cash.

A refundable deposit of £50 will also be required to secure a booking.

Cash payments are required upon delivery of the equipment.

For card payments a secure payment link (provided by Stripe payments) will be sent to you via email or bank details provided for a BACS payment.
To secure your booking please ensure that you provide the following documentation:

  • Photo I.D. of the person hiring the equipment 
  • 2 utility bills for the hire address, dated within the last 3 months 


  • Photo I.D. of the person operating the equipment
  • 2 utility bills for your business dated within the last 3 months
A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking - we will send you a secure payment link or if you book online you can pay at checkout.

The deposit will be refunded minus any fuel costs incurred after the collection of the equipment. Refund is subject to the equipment being returned in the clean and undamaged condition it was delivered.

Yes, whenever you hire equipment from any company it is required.
You can choose to arrange your own cover with own your insurer (some home insurance policies have this cover included) or we can provide cover in the form of a 'waiver'.
Our waiver option is provided by Zurich Insurance and the cost is based on 15% of the total cost of equipment hire.

A typical example might be:

Hire of digger £250
Waiver cost at 15% is £37.50
So you would pay £37.50 and you are covered for the duration of the hire period that has been booked subject to terms and conditions provided. The full value of the waiver is passed on to Zurich Insurance, we do not charge any fee for this.

Times will be agreed when the booking is made.
No, we deliver all equipment and collection is not possible.
Please refer to the handbook provided with the equipment upon delivery.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel an item you have hired.  We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if less notice is given.
You may book the equipment for a longer period if it is available for extended hire, please contact us if this is required.

If we cannot extend the hire period we will collect the equipment as previously arranged and we will you offer you the next available booking slot.  We may be able to offer an alternative machine if we have one available.
No, this is strictly prohibited, the equipment can only be used at the premises it was delivered to.
Fuelling requirements will be discussed with you upon delivery of the equipment.
Yes, please brush/wipe down the equipment to remove any excess mud/dirt.  The equipment will be delivered in a clean state and should be returned in this manner.
You are responsible for the equipment whilst in your possession.  Pre-existing damage will be noted before hire.

You will be charged for the repair of any damage that occurs during your use of the equipment along with lost hire days while the equipment is repaired. 
We calculate how much fuel has been used by taking readings from the meter on the vehicle.
Fuel is charged at the current local prevailing rate for diesel or petrol.
